Repair Services
We are available for repairs on all of our product lines, roofing, siding, windows, trim, (Fascia, Soffit, Rake Board) door, flooring, and commercial roofing. We truly believe that many of our small repair history has allowed CK Lewis the opportunity to grow into the future onto larger scale projects because of the excellent customer service we had provided to our small repair customers.

Christian and his team are amazing. We recently moved to Perryville into one of the condos at Owens Landing. Having Christian as our landlord. I cannot say enough great things about his personalized service. His team are so professional When they are doing work the quickness of their response to an issue is fantastic.

We had Christian and Miles out to fix a leaking chimney and install gutters/downspouts. I called Monday, and they were able to come earlier than expected and came to my house that Wednesday. They were friendly, awesome, and easy to work with. They were very efficient and left no mess in my yard. We were having ventilation issues in our attic and he offered to install gable vents that day. Took him no time at all. I would recommend Christian to anyone and will be using him in the future.

Christian and his crew did a great job on our renovations for our house. We had some ceiling repairs, interior doors replaced, carpeting removed, LVP floors installed, replaced all of the baseboards, and painted most of the rooms in our house. Through the entire process they did all they could to ensure that we were comfortable living in the house through the entire process. They helped us move and store some of the bigger pieces of furniture while they worked in the different rooms. All of the workers treated my wife and me with respect. They treated the work areas as a home, our home, and not like another job site. They took pride in their work. There attention to details was excellent. I would not hesitate to use them again.

I had a leaky door and needed help fast after a bad storm we had. I called C. K. Lewis as the pictures on the website looked nice and they were local. Christian answered the phone and I briefly described my issue. Christian came out the same day to quote my repairs. We were told 4-6 weeks to order a replacement door and it came in two and a half. Scheduling a time for the repair was very flexible. Upon the install, Christian found more damage to the property than estimated. He knew exactly how to remedy the issue with minor changes to the quoted price. Everything was thoroughly explained. I now have a permanent contact for all of my reno/repair issues in the future. Early 2020, I purchased a fixer upper home that had good bones and wonderful potential. I contacted CK Lewis construction for an estimate for several projects. The quotes on constructing a covered porch, an additional full bathroom, detached garage roof shingle replacement, skylight replacement, and other repairs were fair and accurate. Quality subcontractors were used when needed. Permits and quality materials were obtained in a timely manner and completion times were within my expectations. Now, nearly four years later, I have not had any repairs or concerns over those projects. I will definitely use CK Lewis Construction again and I highly recommend CK Lewis Construction to others!
